Other than content, the link structure of a website is one of the most important ranking factors for Google. For the search engine’s crawlers, all links to a domain are of interest, but also the internal page navigation as well as the choice of links to foreign domains (outbound links). A frequent link audit should be on your to-do list. However, the Google algorithm pays particular attention to what sources the backlinks are from (inbound links). The explanation for that is very simple: the more high-grade the referring page is to Google, the more reliable is the quality of its recommendations. The same applies vice versa: the lower the quality of the link structure’s sources, the more the linked website’s reputation and ranking in the search engine decreases. Link Audit – The Optimization of the Link Structure Those that put a lot of effort into optimizing the internal link structure, and consequently equipped promotional outbounds links with appropriate tags, maybe because of a punishment from Google, should also take a look at the inbound links afterwards: For a general “house cleaning”, it makes sense to reduce poor links in regular time periods, to become more attractive for Google due to […]

People speak over seven thousand languages today. But are you curious to know which ones they used for the most extended period? In modern times, people speak thousands of languages. Currently, there are over seven thousand of these dialects, and there could be more in the future. Linguists discover a new language when it is used in writing. Quickly note something. That’s not a rare task to perform. At least not for me. And since Moleskine doesn’t provide proper paper quality anymore, I stay away from writing with pen and notebook. But what’s the fast, uncomplicated alternative? Of course there are plenty of note apps, and for the most part they are free, like Google Keep, for example. But none of them are fast. Fast in the sense of everything being instantly available without loads of clicking and saving. Papier: Quite Close to Its Eponym The new Chrome extension with a similar look to Byword or iAWriter, that wants to be the fast note app you’ve been searching for just as long as me, comes from France, Bordeaux to be exact, home of the design team Muxu-Muxu which happen to be the extension’s creators. Accordingly, almost logically (if you know French, that is), the extension is called Papier. The functionality is simple, very simple. Install Papier via the Chrome Web Store, and you’re done. From that point on, Papier can be found on any new tab that you open. Without any detours, you can then directly start writing. The content is stored within the browser cache, and is […]* You might also be interested in the following articlesGlimpse, a Chrome Extension for Mobile Web DevelopersOCR on Images with Project Naptha – a Clever Chrome ExtensionMore Than 10 Million Users, But Why? Art has no boundation on shape, size or it’s form, all you need to have a sense to get it correctly. An artist can create a work of art, but it doesn’t mean anything if no one can become inspired by it. This is why a famous sculptor once said, “Art is not what you see, but what you make others see.” No matter if everyone cannot make masterpiece art, but you are totally free to derive inspiration from it.
